Installing the sensors

Sensors (usually two) are mounted to the facility’s floodlights or another fixed height (such as a stadium press box). The sensors are connected via a 4G network to automatically capture field activity. This activity is converted into anonymous data through advanced computer vision and deep learning algorithms.

Monitoring a field

The sensors monitor all on-field activity and record usage hours and machine maintenance hours. The recorded activity is also subject to advanced algorithms to calculate player hours and equivalent user hours (EUH).

Live, 24/7 monitoring allows for accurate collection of data without the risk of human error.

Receiving data

Using an online dashboard, your field data is easily accessible at any time. Usage and participation data, planned and executed maintenance sessions and detailed heatmaps can be viewed within the dashboard.

Multiple facilities or fields can be managed from one dashboard and user access can be granted for each member of your team as required.

Using data

Based on an agreed maintenance schedule or triggered by increased participation (whichever occurs first), maintenance alerts are automatically sent indicating which maintenance service is needed. Once maintenance has been carried out, an updated heatmap allows you to track the efficiency of the completed activity. A calendar and tracker are also available to help your team plan and carry out maintenance based on the true usage of your field.

Usage and maintenance data for user-selected time periods can easily be generated into a report which can be exported to a pdf document at the click of a button – useful for presenting in meetings, including in facility reporting and sharing with other members of your organisation.
